Weather Mind is an AI-powered smart weather app that combines real-time weather, on-device AI models, photo-based weather recognition, AI chat, lifestyle recommendations, dynamic wallpapers, and home screen widgets to provide an intelligent, reliable, and elegant weather experience.

APPIFUN (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") operates the Weather Mind mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "this App"). For important matters such as severe weather, disaster warnings, traffic safety, outdoor activities, and health risks, please refer to information issued by local governments, meteorological authorities, emergency management departments, medical institutions, or other professional organizations.
For Reference Only: AI chat, weather summaries, photo recognition results, lifestyle recommendations, and analysis reports in the App are generated by artificial intelligence models or algorithms and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misjudged, or unsuitable for your actual situation.
Independent Decision-Making: Any action taken based on AI recommendations, such as whether to go out, bring an umbrella, wash a car, dry clothes, or choose clothing, is your own judgment and risk. We recommend that you consider real-time weather, local official alerts, and your personal circumstances together.
On-Device Model Limitations: On-device model output is affected by device performance, model version, context length, sampling parameters, and input quality. Outputs may include mixed languages, misunderstanding, or generation errors.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 16, or the applicable age specified by local law. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If we discover that children's personal information has been collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as possible. Parents or guardians may contact us using the contact information provided in this Policy to request inquiry or deletion.
Software Protection: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, crack, modify, or attempt to extract, copy, or tamper with the App's source code, model files, algorithm logic, or interface signature mechanisms in any manner.

The App may provide downloadable AI models, dynamic weather wallpapers, icons, animations, and other resources. These resources may be stored locally on your device and occupy storage space. You can delete related resources within the App or through system settings. Unless expressly authorized otherwise, you may not export, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use them outside the App.
Mobile apps typically do not use traditional website cookies, but they may use SDKs, device identifiers, app event logs, and similar technologies for attribution analytics, statistical analysis, stability optimization, and anti-fraud. You can manage related preferences through system permission settings, clearing app data, or contacting us. Under GDPR and PIPL, we will obtain your consent where necessary.
